It can refresh the Photos and videos you allow and inspect the Files folders you explicitly add, including accessible subfolders. iOS does not grant blanket access to other apps’ private storage or caches. Add folders under More → Files & folders, then use Scan available content. Contacts and Gmail have separate access steps.

Selected Photos includes only the items you shared. Cloud placeholders, inaccessible locations, hidden entries, packages and content a provider cannot supply may be skipped. A saved folder may need Reconnect after permission or provider changes. The app also shows any free feature allowance that limits an inspection.

Support depends on the format and file provider. Opening a full preview can require a download. If a file changed after scanning, rescan; if access expired, reconnect its folder. Previewing alone never queues or deletes it.

No. Scanning, previewing and queuing are review steps. Deletion needs a separate confirmation. Files deletions may be permanent and may sync to other devices. Stop prevents later operations after the current file finishes; it cannot undo completed deletions.

A vCard backup of that exact selection must be prepared before the final deletion confirmation. Changing the selection or rescanning can invalidate that authorization. Backups are retained locally, but restoring them is manual and not guaranteed. Synced contact deletions can affect other devices.

The development app is currently limited to authorized testers while public Google verification is prepared. Each tester signs in and consents separately; managed accounts may also be restricted by an administrator. You do not need to create your own Google Cloud project.

Open a category to load up to 50 emails for that session. Tap Select all loaded, then tap any email you want to leave out. Clear all deselects the session. If another session is available, Next 50 emails starts a fresh list with nothing selected. A selection change does not move mail.

Read-only Gmail access cannot change mail. Enable moving to Trash asks Google for broader gmail.modify access. Granting permission moves nothing. Review your connected account and exact selected messages, then confirm a move to Gmail Trash. TrueClean does not permanently delete email or empty Trash.

The sender’s destination accepted the request. Processing can take time; the app cannot guarantee list removal. It does not delete old emails. If a response is uncertain, check Gmail or the sender before trying again; the app does not automatically repeat uncertain requests.

Some senders cannot be verified for the supported automatic flow. The app can offer a manual website link or prefilled draft instead. The draft still needs you to send it in your mail app. Opening a manual option is not confirmed cancellation.

No. Unsubscribe and mailbox cleanup are separate. Use Email cleanup to review and explicitly confirm selected messages for Gmail Trash.

For the connected account, open More → Email → Subscriptions & unsubscribe → Action history → Clear local history. This removes local receipts, not earlier Gmail changes, and does not resubscribe you.

Disconnect clears local Google SDK sign-in state. Revoke TrueClean’s Google access also requests Google-side revocation. Neither clears the separate local unsubscribe history or reverses an earlier action. You can also manage authorization in your Google Account.

Use Forget in More → Files & folders to remove a saved scan bookmark and its current review items. Forgetting an export destination is a separate control in that collection’s export settings. Neither action deletes exported files.

No. We can explain local controls or help with information you send through support. Deleting the app rather than offloading normally removes app-container data under iOS handling; device backups, Keychain behavior, Google authorization and copies held by other services need separate management.

Check the relevant service’s recovery tools promptly: Apple Photos, Gmail Trash or your Files provider. Recovery is not guaranteed by TrueClean. Stopping a process or deleting the app does not reverse an action already completed.

If Pro is offered in your build, Apple displays the price and processes payment. The current app implements a one-time non-consumable product, not an automatically renewing subscription. Use Restore Purchases with the Apple Account used for the purchase. Public App Store availability has not been announced.
